Break-in
I would like to commend the SSMi Central Monitoring Station most particularly the junior operator
who immediately informed me of the commotion at MLhuillier Bayugan. The disturbance turned out to be
a burglary attempt resulting in the partial damage of the exit door. When the operator notified me
of the alarm I informed him that there was a guard on duty. He suggested that if another zone will
trigger, he will immediately call the local police for assistance. I am very thankful that nothing
was lost.

Break-In
At 8:00 o'clock in the morning I entered the pawnshop and pinned my access code on the keypad. I
noticed on the keypad that one zone detected an alarm. In a minute an SSMi operator called and
informed me that the alarm was in the bodega extension area. I told the operator that I will
immediately check the said area. I found out that the exit door was already opened however I think
the burglary failed because the robbers ran away when they heard the alarm (siren).
So, with the help given by the alarm system and the operator as well, I will say “Daghang
Salamat”.

Charis Pawnshop
Break-in
We really appreciate the effectiveness of the monitoring system installed in our shop. The patience
and effort of the operators in informing our assigned personnel during alarms is really worth
compensating. If not with the alarm system, lots of valuables owned by our clients would have been
in jeopardy and the company’s integrity would have become an issue.
